• Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been attended

• No refunds for missed classes due to student absence

Class Schedules and Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes as scheduled. The following policies apply:

• Make-up classes may be arranged for absences with 24-hour advance notice
• No make-up classes for no-shows or last-minute cancellations
• We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to tutor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances
• Schedule changes will be communicated as early as possible

Code of Conduct

All students and visitors are expected to maintain appropriate behavior:

• Treat staff, tutors, and fellow students with respect
• Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes
• Follow all safety and facility guidelines
• Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination

We reserve the right to remove any student who violates these standards without refund.
